The Hostpreneur grew out of a café we built ourselves — taking orders, writing SOPs, fixing what broke. That floor taught us what actually moves a hospitality business: walk-ins, repeat guests, margin per seat, and a team that runs because someone in the room genuinely cares.

When we co-founded our restaurant, nothing was theory. The unit economics, the hiring, the daily rhythm — we'd already lived them on our own P&L, with our own money on the line.

Today we bring that same care to other owners — co-living at 90%+ occupancy, a boutique hotel at 95% in three months. Every month we sit with your numbers, listen to what the property is telling us, and put that learning back to work the next month.
